Raw cassava cleaning, washing and peeling
Firstly fresh cassava tubers are put into a feeding hopper, and through bottom vibrate device cassava are sent to the belt conveyor and then to the first cleaning equipment dry sieve. Dry sieve machine will remove surface impurities attached on cassava. And then cassava will drop down into paddle washer machine. Paddle washer will clean cassava roots thoroughly by using water. After that, washed cassava will be sent to peeling machine. The newly designed sand roller peeling machine from Henan Jinrui could remove the first and the second layers of cassava, which is proved to be the most effective peeling machine in the market.

Peeled cassava crushing and fermentation
After peeling, cassava roots will be crushed into mash form material by stainless steel grater machine. Then put the cassava mash into bags for fermentation. The fermentation will last for 2-3 days, client can adjust the time according to local climate and environment.

Dewatering, frying and sieving
After fermentation, hydraulic presser machine is used to dehydrated cassava mash, and from which we will get wet cassava cakes with moisture content around 40%. Firstly use crusher machine to break cakes into wet powder, and then adopt garri fryer machine to fry wet powder and get cassava granule as final product. To ensure high quality and uniform particle size, vibration sieve machine is installed followingly to separate coarse flour. Sometimes, cooling system is installed after frying process to reduce temperature of final product.
