Once cleaned, the tubers are then processed in a cassava rasper to grind them into a slurry. This slurry is subsequently squeezed using a plate-frame filter press to remove excess water before being transferred to a flash dryer for drying. The final cassava flour product typically contains 8%-12% moisture content, meeting the standards for premium quality cassava flour production.
