The New design Garri processing machine involves the use of a dry sieve, paddle washer, peeling machine, fermentation tank, spiral press, Garri fryer, air-cooling system, and packaging machine.

**Garri Processing Machine Process Flow**:
1. **Raw Material Preparation**: The cassava raw materials are prepared to ensure optimal conditions for processing. This includes cleaning( Dry sieve), washing(Paddle Washer), and peeling(Cassava peeler) steps to remove impurities.

2. **Automated Convey**: The prepared material is then conveyed through an automated Belt Conveyor, ensuring a seamless transition between processing stages. This reduces manual handling, reduces labor costs, and enhances hygiene standards.
3. **Primary Crushing & Grinding**: Use 1-2 Hammer Crushers for primary crushing. It can reduce particle size and improve the efficiency of subsequent processing steps.
4. **Fermentation process optimization**: This time, Jinrui Company used fermentation tanks to replace traditional fermentation. The fermentation tanks are heated using circulating hot water, which can shorten the fermentation process to just one day.
5. **Hydraulic Dehydration Upgrade**: In this significant upgrade, we have replaced the traditional hydraulic dehydration method with a Continuous Spiral Press Machine. This innovative replacement not only enhances dehydration efficiency but also ensures a more uniform and thorough removal of moisture from the garri.
- **Spiral Press Machine**: The spiral press machine utilizes its unique spiral screw design to apply continuous pressure to the cassava mash, forcing out excess moisture. This process is fully automated, maximizing output efficiency and quality.

6. **Second Processing & Drying**: After dehydration, the garri needs Garri Fryers for frying garri. It is then dried to ensure a stable shelf life and maintain optimal texture.
7. **Packaging & Distribution**: Then, Use a Vibration Sieve to separate the larger garri particles and retain the garri of uniform size. Finally, the processed garri is carefully packaged in clean, airtight containers and prepared for distribution to consumers.
