Myanmar client placed order for cassava processing plant!

On the date of February 10th 2022, Henan Jinrui company received deposit for cassava processing equipment from Myanmar client. The machines he ordered include cassava cleaning and chipping line and dried chips crushing equipment.

The client is working in the field of steel fabrication, but he has been preparing for the cassava project since the year of 2011. He made a lot of survey on yield of cassava tubers and finally choose cassava seeding from Thailand. At present he owns a farm with an area size of 3000 acres. After several year’s cassava farming, he starts to learn more about cassava deep processing.

Firstly, he made inquiry about cassava machines from Thailand but found that price was too high, so he started to find suppliers from China. On the date of Jan. 19th, Henan Jinrui company received an inquiry from website and our project manager contacted him immediately. He was planing a cassava starch factory and animal feed factory. After discussion with our manager, the client was satisfied with what we do and supply, and decided to do cassava chipping line firstly.

In the following days, Henan Jinrui company's engineer did proposal based on the clients requirement and concluded final equipment list on the day of Jan. 28th. The equipment include one cassava chipping line and one dried chips crushing machine. Firstly, cassava tubers would be put into the feeding hopper, and then be transported by belt conveyor to dry sieve machine for cleaning purpose. The dry sieve machine can remove impurities attached on surface of cassava roots. After cleaning, cassava will drop down into cassava chipping machine and be cut into slices. And then, cassava chips will be dried by equipment that client buy from another supplier. After drying, dried chips can be sent to our crushing machine, and then he can get animal feed flour.

On the day of when we receive deposit, Henan Jinrui company sent order to our factory for manufacturing arrangement. The whole set of machines will be ready and shipped in one month.
